Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online store at kelinora.com. The store is operated by:

Throughout these terms, "Kelinora", "we", "us" and "our" refer to ASTRAEON UG (haftungsbeschränkt). "You" refers to the customer placing an order. Different terms used by customers do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Delivery area
We deliver exclusively to addresses within Germany.

3. Conclusion of contract
The products shown in our store are not a binding offer but an invitation for you to place an order. By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart. We will then send you an order confirmation by email. This email only confirms that we received your order. The purchase contract is concluded when we send you a separate shipping confirmation or ship the goods, whichever happens first.

The contract language is English. We store the contract text and send you your order details by email.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euros and include the statutory German value added tax. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown separately during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
The payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout. If you pay through a third party payment provider, that provider's terms also apply to the payment.

5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details, including the exceptions for hygiene products, are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty rights under German law apply to all products we sell. The warranty period for new goods is two years from delivery. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@kelinora.com with your order number, a short description and a photo if possible. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and does not limit your statutory rights.

8. Use of our website
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, to transmit harmful code, to collect personal data of other users, or to interfere with the security or operation of the website. All texts, images and graphics on kelinora.com are protected by copyright and may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.

9. Product information
We take great care to describe our products accurately. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur, for example because of screen settings or updated packaging from the manufacturer. Our products are intended for everyday personal oral care and do not replace professional advice or treatment from a dentist.

10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, and our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, please contact us directly at info@kelinora.com and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you normally live. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Mainz.

13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
