Where we ship

Kelinora ships exclusively within Germany. All orders are sent from Mainz.
Shipping options
 

You can choose between two options at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping costs nothing on every order. Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 business days.
 

Insured Express Shipping costs €2.95. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Your parcel is insured during transport, so you are covered if it is lost or damaged on the way.
 

Processing

We process and ship orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are counted from the day your order is shipped and may occasionally be longer during busy periods or because of delays at the carrier.
 

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves us, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
 

Taxes

All prices include the statutory German VAT. No additional customs or import fees apply because we only ship within Germany.
 

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible at info@kelinora.com with your order number. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we can no longer change the address.
 

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please point this out to the delivery driver if possible and contact us. If your parcel does not arrive within the stated delivery time, write to us at info@kelinora.com and we will look into it right away.
